Please note the following application requirements:

 

Conditions for receiving a scholarship from the HCJ Foundation include:

  • Submission of COMPLETED application

  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for each semester and cumulatively

    • To qualify for consideration with a semester or cumulative GPA below 2.5, please send a letter explaining extenuating circumstances to info@hcjfoundation.org.

Documentation or information needed to complete application:

  • Transcript for past year and/or past semester

  • Names and emails of two references

  • Proof of enrollment

  • Address and phone number of Financial Aid Office at college you plan to attend

  • Estimated annual college costs

    • Room/Board (on campus)

    • Room/Board (off campus)

    • Tuition

    • Meal Plans (if applicable)

    • Technology Fees

    • Other Fees

  • Tuition & Fees Statement

  • Additional expected grants or scholarship funds (i.e. HOPE, LIFE or Palmetto Scholarships, etc.)

  • Copy of FAFSA

  • Copy of most recent tax return
