Please note the following application requirements:

 

Conditions for receiving a scholarship from the HCJ Foundation include:

  • Submission of COMPLETED application

  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 for each semester and cumulatively

    • To qualify for consideration with a semester or cumulative GPA below 2.0, please send a letter explaining extenuating circumstances to info@hcjfoundation.org.
